The Spaceship of Wishes and Dreams

The Spaceship of Wishes and Dreams is an imaginary 2D shmup/RPG game, and this is part of the imaginary OST made for the  OST Composing Jam #5. It follows the new crew of the Spaceship of Wishes and Dreams as they fulfill their wishes to become good people by granting the wishes across the galaxy.

This is an electronic OST consisting of 4 tracks running for about 6:42 minutes in total, discounting any loops and such. All the tracks were made with FL Studio.

Story

Space holds many fantastical objects and mysteries, one of these many tales speak of the Spaceship of Wishes and Dreams. While it may sound like a silly tale, many speak of it like it was very real, granting wishes across the planets and civilizations as it sails through the stars. At least it used to.

Now, however, the Spaceship of Wishes and Dreams have lost much of it's power, unable to run itself without a captain after many years. Thankfully, it hears a wish, a wish that will take much longer to fulfill than simply granting it in a second...

"I wish to be a good person."

In fact, it hears this from several people from several planets, and ends up whisking away these people off to be its crew, both in desperation and to fulfill their wishes. This will be no easy task however, as the group not only is quite far from being good people, they must now grant the galaxy's desperate wishes as they do so, ranging from stopping battles, saving people or saving a planet itself. 

All these wishes will, hopefully, become true.

Track Descriptions

Speeding Spaceship of Wishes and Dreams - Traveling in the Spaceship of Wishes and Dreams is a bit of a rush! The Spaceship, once it have chosen a destination, will move as fast as it can towards said destination, and the crew can only make sure they are not smashed to smithereens by steering it and avoiding obstacles like asteroids.

Shooting Stars and Other Weapons - The first destination seems to be under attack from another planet! Luckily, with a crew, the Spaceship can defend itself and those who wishes for it to protect them from intruders! 

Space Sailor's Dream - While they have driven back most of the forces intruding upon the planet they've arrived on, the wish have still not be fulfilled, one enemy still stubbornly holds steady on the planet. Soon, the Spaceship and its crew will need to fight them, and this enemy seems familiar to one of the crew...

Wish To Be a Good Person - With confrontation inevitable, and the crew members steeling themselves, the Spaceship and its crew go to fulfill the first wish, to protect this planet. Even if it means fighting someone familiar, almost an old friend. Little do they know however that means they are all the more close to their own wish, their wish to be good people.
